Willows are green and the waters at rest,
I can hear my beau singing from the river.
Sunny in the east, while rainy in the west,
It seems stormy yet nice and fine as ever.

As the sun’s down, it sets off traveler’s new sorrows.
Against vast land the sky afar is lower than trees as if,
The river so clear that the moon turns to me so close.

把船停泊在烟雾弥漫的沙洲旁，日落黄昏时旅人又增加了新愁。原野空旷，远处的天空好像比近处的树还低，江水清澈，映照得月亮仿佛与人更亲近。
