心里的韭菜
不觉葱郁起来

Mother used to say when alive
We are like cutting chives
A crop after another crop
Today it is the Beginning of Spring
And the chives in my heart
Begin to grow and sprout
Early morning of February 4, 2018
初夏时节的蝉鸣
忽然那么一声两声
初夏时节的蝉鸣
如此清晰
却似幻梦
如此幽寂
如此旷渺
如此远古
将我身心
驰往
童年的那方池塘
清凉的池水
我与青蛙并泳
在尖尖角初露的
荷花中央
时间静止
如池塘里的
静水

Singing of Cicadas in Early Summer
A note here and another note there
The unexpected singing of cicadas in the early summer
So limpid
Yet dreamy
So remote
So dim and distant
So far and remote
The singing transports me
Afar
To the square pond of my childhood
In the cool water
I join the frogs in swimming
Amidst the pond thick with lotus flowers
Which are budding and bursting
Time stills
As the still water
In the small pond

飘洒着灰蒙蒙的雨滴
似有若无
凉热交替
高高的楼盘是眼底的背景
褪了色的水墨淡画
了无生机
突然眼前掠过
一只翩飞的
鸽子

Tall buildings are the background of the view

自然回首
一段段往事
历历在目
过去时
都是
曾经的将来时

曾经的现在时
说什么流水叮咚
只是变幻着的水形
道什么失得辱荣
吹尽了，一阵阵冬风
时态的转换
总是来不及准备
犹如遭遇一场没看天气预报的大雪
和狂风
再回首
我仿佛洞穿了我的前世
看来年
我预知了我的
今生

The Shifting of Tenses
At the end of the year
One after another episode
Of past events are recalled
Vividity itself
The past tense
Has been
The future tense in the past
And has been
The present tense in the past
The so-called babbling running water
Is simply the changing shape of water
The so-called gains & losses and honour & disgrace
Blown away, in a spell after another spell of winter wind
The shifting of tenses
Always comes unawares
Like being caught in a heavy snowstorm without listening to
Weather report
Looking back
I seem to see through my former life
Looking forward
I seem to foresee
My future life

Zhang Zhizhong is professor, doctoral supervisor, and dean of the Translation Department of Foreign Languages College, Nankai University, vice president of the Committee of English Translation of Chinese Classics of China English-Chinese Comparative Study Seminar, part-time professor of Cross-Culture & World Literature Academy of Tianjin Normal University, guest editor of Rendition of International Poetry, and editor in charge of translation of Poetry Hall, etc. His academic orientation is translation of Chinese poetry into English and up to now, he has published over 100 books and 100 academic papers, and he has won a host of prizes in translation and academic research.

各位翻译方面的专家学者、爱好者：
《译者诗选（双语版）》，即日起向国内外翻译方面的专家学者，爱好者，征集原创中文诗歌(并附译文)。具体要求如下：
一、投稿者要求
1. 欢迎国内外翻译方面的专家学者和爱好者投稿。
2. 非翻译者请勿投稿。
二、投稿须知
1.选取自己中文原创诗歌代表作8首（发表与否不限）并自行翻译为外文，
2.每首中文原创诗歌要求20行以内。
3.现代诗歌和古诗词原创均可。
4.优中选优，从8首诗里选取3-5首诗歌。
5.请word文档进行编辑。
6.中文正文：宋体，正文五号字，标题小四。
7.双语简介150字以内。
8.投稿内容应为本人创作，严禁侵犯他人版权，文责自负。
